Swinging heads

Swinging heads is my new immersive and interactive video installation. It lets you insert your face in real time into a montage of extracts from musicals from the 1930s. It lets you step into the shoes of the artists of that period, who, despite the great difficulties of their art, had to keep smiling all the time under the pressure of the Hollwood industry.
Come and discover Swinging heads during the Parcours d'Artistes d'Ixelles from 11 to 15 September at the Ecole des Arts d'Ixelles, rue Sans Souci, 128, 1050 Brussels.

A contre-courant

Koï carp swim against the current. It's full of strong symbols and related stories. This inspired me to create the A contre-courant installation, which resonates with the fact that some of the principles of art are precisely to resist against all odds, to take the opposite view, to experiment, to dare new experiences and not to be afraid of stepping out of one's comfort zone.
Come and see it and a dozen other installations in Villeneuve d'Ascq's urban park until July 14 at least. Infos here
